  • We ship our products worldwide using only express shipping to ensure that your order will be with you from 1 to 6 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • We ship our orders from Monday to Friday NOT on public holidays or weekends.
  • Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your order, before dispatch.
  • For any additional charges or delays that may occur due to custom services or import duties we are not liable or able to estimate the exact amount. These additional charges burden only the recipient.
  • Once your parcel has been shipped, Hotcakes Polewear take no responsibility for anything beyond our control, i.e. courier mistakes or damages that may occur during the delivery.
