Refund policy
If you are not happy with your HOTCAKES, no worries, you can return the items you don’t need and get a full refund.
Please make sure that you meet our requirements in order to be eligible for return.
Once you receive your parcel you have up to 30 business days to return it to us.
The returned items must be:
- in original state
- unworn
- with their tags on
- unwashed
- unstained
- in original packaging
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Promotional and sales products are not eligible for return.
- The shipping cost for returned items is the customer’s responsibility. If you choose UPS (ACS for domestic orders) for your return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive the returned products and find them to be in their original condition, please allow us up to 7 days to process your refund.Submit your return request at returns@hotcakespolewear.com

Domestic Returns:
Always use ACS courier to ship back to us.
There's a shipping fee of 4,00€, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
If you choose a different courier service or the local post office make sure you obtain a tracking number.
Hotcakes are not responsible for any loss or damages of the parcel.
If you decide to use UPS courier, the shipping fee is the same as the original shipping cost and it will be deducted from your refund.
