Refund policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your HOTCAKES purchase, don’t worry—you can return the items you don’t need and receive a full refund or store credit.
Please ensure that your return meets our eligibility requirements to qualify for a refund.
You have up to 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered to the designated location to return it to us. For your return to be processed, the parcel must reach Hotcakes within this 30-day window. After this period, refunds will no longer be available; however, if the returned products meet our requirements, you will still be eligible for store credit.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

With all tags attached

Free of stains or damage

Returning Your Hotcakes Order:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the cost of your order will be refunded.

Promotional and sale items are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you choose DHL (or ACS for domestic orders) for your return, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us in advance to confirm the cost and arrange a pickup.

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet our conditions, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund.

Domestic Returns (Greece):
If you use ACS courier for your return, a shipping fee of €5.00 (subject to change based on origin) will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
If you choose to return your order using your preferred courier or local post office, please ensure you obtain a tracking number for your shipment.
