Once you’ve placed your order successfully, please allow us up to 3 days to process it. We know that you can’t wait to try your new Hotcakes, so we only use express shipping for our orders. Normally, it takes 1-6 business days for the package to be delivered. Delays may occur from extreme weather conditions or due to Covid-19 restrictions. We kindly ask for your patience.
Cancellation is not possible. If you’ve made a mistake placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you.
Despite our efforts to be consistent across all our products, it is not always possible. We like to have a wide range of fabrics and fits, so sometimes there is variation. Please make sure you check our size guide and the “Size & Fit” section in every product.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order, don’t stress about it, you can probably return it . Please make sure that your item is eligible for return and that you have checked thoroughly our refund policy.
If for some reason you want to return your order and get a different size/design instead, we’ve made it easier for you. Just send us back your original item and buy the new one. Returns Policy
As soon as we receive your returning item we will send you a full refund for it. This way you can get your new Hotcakes faster.

We run multiple checks before shipping your orders but mistakes can be made. If you spot a faulty item, kindly contact us at email@example.com making sure you mention your order number and pictures of the problem. We’ll arrange that you get a new one as soon as possible.
